fast (networking and overall throughput) and looks solid....have been using and never failed to make me so much happier than using the Windows 8.1 laptop (ASUS, S56C, i7) which is SLOW!!!!! and in almost anything i click....waiting time is considerable.

it's great for browsing, mail and u-tubing. I haven't yet explored other features. great large size picture 1080 and good sound on it's own and easy to use external speakers for even better sound. It's all I wanted as a back up laptop.

Very nice computer. First time user of Chrome OS. I am very pleased with the operating system. It is very easy to use and boots very fast.

It's the best laptop I've owned so far, fast boot up and shut down. The only draw back is files are stored in the cloud instead of the laptop itself so it's necessary to have internet access to see them.

Had this chromebook for a few weeks and love it so far. Great battery life and is super quick. Only use it for web browsing so not sure about other parts of this chromebook. But very satisfied with it!

A home run. I've bought computers since 1991, this is the fastest, sharpest screen, cleanest computer for the price out there. Setup took less than 5 min, Acer has had my business lately. Their Facebook page replies to issues. If you're a Google person this is The One.

This was exactly what we wanted as a multi-use computer for day-to-day tasks in the kitchen. If you are considering a Chromebook, this model won't disappoint. It is quick and has great resolution. It's a bit plasticky, but it should hold up just fine in our family room.

My son's Apple Macbook Pro died so he decided to try a Chromebook to use it at his college dorm. I asked him if he's happy and to grade the Chromebook price/performance from 1 to 10... and he said that for the price it's definitely a 10.

So far so good. I purchased to replace a dying Ipad II. Once I became somewhat adjusted to a different method I like as much as the overpriced (IMO) Ipads. So far have not found anything this Chromebook cannot do my Ipad did ...

This Acer is an upgrade from my 11" Samsung Chromebook 2. Had been using it for a few months. The HD is absolutely pleasant. Battery lasts as close to 9+ hrs. as advertised. The non-reflecting matte screen does not interfere with viewing. Completely satisfied with the product.
