Item (even the replacement I received for the first defective one) are just of bad quality.The first one we received worked great for a few days, but then suddenly, the fan would only blow air toward the back/handle, making it useless. This item lasted less than one week. We contacted customer service about this and got the replacement through Amazon.The second one we received literally stopped working after a day and a half. We thought maybe it was the batteries, but nope. We replaced it with several new ones, and it's just dead. I contacted their customer service about this, and they're telling me they refunded the last order (which they didn't) because you can't get a refund and a replacement simultaneously.I either got two defective items, or this whole brand as a whole just has really poor-quality items. You decide.If this is something you plan on using for more than one day, better look at other options,

The battery compartment is very loose. So the batteries keep falling out all day and it didn't survive little fall on ground on first day of our trip and the plastic shattered everywhere. Already garbaged it. But just a warning to other parents.

The first one I bought had a broken fan from the moment we put batteries in it. I bought a second one and the battery cover falls off when touched, which doesn’t work well when you’re wanting to use these for kids. I Will be returning both of them, and hopefully buying a better quality one

I thought I’d be one of the lucky ones with no issues. Not the case. Immediately after using the fan for the first time.. the batteries fell out. The cover is so weak you can’t even hold the fan in your hand without them bouncing out. It’s a poor design and poorly made. Don’t waste your money, find something else.

The bottle fills from bottom and it is not a water tight seal and leaks. Not a huge deal until it leaks on what you set it on

The part that holds the water shatters easily. My son dropped it on the grass and the water holding part shattered.

The most worked but was disappointed that the fan didn’t work. Yes, I put brand new batteries in… did not work!

The batteries continue to fall out, because the plastic flap that holds the 2 batteries continues to pop open. So, unfortunately I cannot recommend this plastic fan.

Beyond terrible!!! NOT durable POOR Quality. Battery compartment keeps opening so batteries keeps falling out of it.

Batteries keep falling out because the closure cover is cheap and doesn't stay in place. The mist feature works about half the time. Cheap product. Do not recommend.
