The media could not be loaded. My previous name brand vacuum died after 3 years so I was dreading finding another one that does the job.After reading many reviews and stats- I decided on this one.Pros:It is very easy to use! Multiple modes of suction. Works on my carpet that is very hard to vacuum with a regular vacuum which is a life saver! Battery life is very good- it tells you how much time is left with the different suction speeds. Very lightweight and easy to maneuver with its bendable head.Cons:The vacuum does not stand up on its own. You will need to put up the mount to have it stored. If you are like me who stops frequently to pick up nerf bullets or misc legos- this is definitely an inconvenience but not an end all.

It’s very quiet and easy to put together! There’s 3 speeds and you can use it as a hand held for the sofa etc. used it 4 times and it seems durable and does what it should. The light feature makes it easy to find all the stubborn dust bunnies

I have a Dyson vacuum and it's great but really heavy. I purchased this for my mom for cleaning on her hardwood floor. It was really nice to just power on/off with one button without having to hold it down to vacuum. You can adjust the suction speed on the dial and I was able to maneuver under the couch easily. I loved that you can adjust the height of the pole to make it more ergonomic for the user. There was a lot of debris picked up including strands of hair. When the compartment is filled, it's really easy to dump with the release at the front of the unit. A great alternative at a great price.

I don’t feel like this vacuum was as powerful suction wise as I’d like it to be. It also does quickly. I’m disappointed. 😔------------------------------------------EDIT: The company reached out to me and offered to send a replacement as well as an additional battery. The replacement seems to work well. I make sure to have it fully charged always and have used it on level 1 setting for cleaning around and it last 45 minutes that way. I have been on the lookout to ensure it cleans everything. I also enjoy using the different attachments. I am grateful for a company that cares. Thank you!

use this vacuum for touch ups on the floors in between cleaning all the floors. it does ok but the battery power does not last long.

Vacuum works but I don’t think the suction is as powerful as stated. I have a paper shredder that can be messy. At max power, it struggles to pick up all the bits of shredded paper. I have to run through the carpet multiple times and it may still leave some pieces. Also, run time is only 15 minutes at max power.
