Only used it a few times but I like the different heat settings and blower speeds that are available. Powerful. The key thing will be its longevity.

Since I'm giving this as a gift, I can't really comment much. But I know this is a higher end brand, so hoping it's received well!

Love it! Personally I enjoy not having to click a button to turn it off when I’m switching sides love the touch sensor hoping it lasts a while!!

It’s very convenient to use with the touch activate. I noticed it helped with the frizz more than my other tools! It’s worth every bit of it don’t have any issues at all.

Small and compact - great - keeps shutting off every 10-15 seconds.

I paid a small little fortune for this hair dryer, and justified it because of the CHI brand reputation, assuming it would last a number of years. I have had other, less expensive hair dryers, that have lasted for the better part of a decade with very regular use. However, I bought this in late September, and in early March, it simply stopped working. It sounded like the motor just jammed up or seized, and it smelled awful (not like burning hair, more like melting plastic). I used it three times a week on average, so not excessively, but even if I were to have used it every day, I expected more than five months of use out of it! Also, because I can't return it to the store, I am now pursuing a resolution from the manufacturer, Farouk Systems. They are requiring proof of purchase, for me to pay shipping, along with a $15.00 (check or money order...haha...who has checks?!) fee to process it. So my $100.00 hair dryer is now a $115.00+ my time and energy to receive a replacement hair dryer. So, while it's a cute, compact, and useful product, I don't recommend because you just never know when it might fail. Not worth the headache, and I wish I could just get my money back and buy a $29.95 Conair.

Recently bought this Chi 1500 hair dryer and whenever I turn it on to blow dry my hair, it keeps turning off and then on then back off again. Definitely broken. Either than that I actually like how light weight it is and overall a nice hair dryer but it will keep constantly turning off on you. Will be returning it and buying a different blow dryer.

I bought this dryer / turned it on when I got it home and it worked. Then a couple of weeks later I went to dry my hair with it. It does not work at all; powers on and off as you try to dry. Unfortunately I discarded the box so I can’t return it. Beware!
