This watch didn't work. Charged as instructed. Band was broken. Unable to turn on. VERY dissatisfied!

So disappointed some features do not work at all. After having this watch for 10 days it completely stopped working. I sent it back. I inadvertently sent the wrong charging cable with the the watch. IT belongs to a smart watch I bought 8 years ago from amazon. They no longer sell the cable. I called Amazon for help. They were no help whatsoever. I don"t care to do business with Amazon again. Lesson learned. They sell defective smart watches .

The smart watch arrived used, with smudges on it! Extremely disappointed!!!
