I returned one watch because I couldn’t re charge it after a week. I’m having the exact same issue with the replacement watch. There is no phone number or email address or anyone to ask if the problem is the watch or my misunderstanding of how to re charge.

The watch stopped working 12 days after the 30-day return policy. There is no one to help with anything, no one to speak with, no support. I wish I could return it and get a new one as a replacement but that is not an option. I do not recommend buying anything from them.

It does not work. You can read all the submitted reviews. It’s all the same problem. We are not stupid people. We can follow directions. These directions will not work on a defective product.

The battery life is great on it but once it dies it won't turn back on. I took very good care of it and as soon as the return policy expired it stopped working. I would not buy it again it was such a disappointment
