Doesn't Receive Emails

I like the fact the watch came with 2 watch bands. The screen is a nice size and easy to read. The battery did not even last for 2 days. I didn't like the mobile app. It didn't seem to offer clear details on workouts. I returned the watch in less than a week so I didn't have enough time to determine accuracy.

The watch only lasted for 6 months with moderate use

It is a nice watch. Nice battery life. Pretty Accurate app. However, I purchased it at the end of April 2022 and by the end of October 2022 it no longer worked. The screen no longer comes on or anything. It was only used moderately. I guess you get what you pay for.

Can’t use text or dial out with contact faves

Can not view text messages, can’t call out using favorites only dial pad inserting numbers. Help!!!

Not impressed

I read reviews before ordering and was impressed at the battery life others talked about. So far, I am getting about 24 hours use to a charge. If that doesn't improve real quick, the item will be returned. There is a setting to shake to turn on. I like that a wiggle of the wrist will wake the screen so I can see the time or temperature. However, even when the setting is in the off position, motion wakes the screen. As I want to wear the watch to bed to learn about my sleep cycle having the screen wake every time I roll over is not a good thing. I even got up in the night and learned to turn the brightness to the lowest setting. To no avail. It is still too bright in the dark of night. I will give the watch two more days, if it hasn't won me over, back it will go.

Had to return as the time was not updating

The watch looks beautiful. I could not enjoy because the first delivery was not new and did not have instructions manual. The replacement appeared new and shinier bit there was a glitch that caused all other functions to work except the time. Watch all couldn't connect. I would reorder because I love the look. But, I am afraid of having issues. I don't like to return purchased items.

Battery sucks

The watch is okay except for the battery it seems like it's doesn’t last long like what it says on the watch description. I have to keep charging the battery after a day of wearing. It's very disappointing.

Disappointed

Wouldn't buy again. Don't recommend unless you just want a regular watch. Pros: *Adjustable face (including pictures) *Make/answer calls *Weather updates *Looks like actual smart watch Cons: *Very short battery life *Text notifications don't always work *Every phone call is automatically answered by the watch *Very limited bluetooth range *Step count seems way off *Not most user friendly *Screen constantly lighting up for no reason (probabaly what's killing the battery) *All audio/calls streams through watch, no option to just use phone Have to charge the watch every night! Which is ridiculous because I don't use the watch all that much. Phone calls and all audio automatically connects to the watch. So everytime I answer the phone, I have to turn off bluetooth connect so that other people don't hear my calls. Needs option to answer through watch, not just default to watch.

Arrived broken

So mad right now. This arrived completely broken, completely detached with exposed circuits, would not snap back in. So now I have to wait until Tuesday for the new. I swear on everything it better be perfection!!!! UPDATE -After calling Amazon, 40+ min call, New watch arrived 3 days earlier, received $20 future Amazon credit after I rejected the first $10 offer and stated 20 would be the minimum….so far the step counter is added steps for laying in bed, changing the watch band was a little rocky, and it’s adding sleep time while I’m awake, overall not bad for the price.
