I started smelling something burning and i didn't know where it was coming from. Thank goodness nothing happened overnight. I grabbed the watch in the morning and it burned my finger. I had to grab it with something since it was so hot. Watch still looks functional but it burned my carpet. The metal strap was also with a burned mark. Don't charge it on the floor/carpet. The charging cable is so short that my extension cord is on the floor and I just left the watch on the floor facing down. Lesson learned. I will probably not charge it at night time anymore. I might charge it on the kitchen counter too.

Love the Watch overall and would only add a compass just because I like to look at the directions of things every now and then. You can make phone calls front the watch but the the speaker isn't all that great sometimes and the battery only lasts max 4 days if you don't the functions and if you do you better make sure you charge it frequently like every other night because phone calls drain the battery like crazy! Over all it gets what I need done. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Time zone issues, pairing issues. No suppprt...

Watch works marvelously with all features listed in tact. Battery life seems okay, calls work clearly and efficiently, all the notifications pop up..The watch did however arrive with the face already scratched up after peeling off the protection plastic on it. Booo. Can't figure out how to message anyone about it. Other than that happy with my purchase.

The watch needs to be recharged every day which is inconvenient. There isn't a way to lock the screens,and so everything gets missed up while sleeping in bed.

At first it was working great but it keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth constantly. I have to forget the device in Bluetooth, Uninstaller app and begin the pairing process all over again. Choose a different watch Edit- it now maintains the connection most of the time. When it stays on, it works great.

The media could not be loaded. 3rd edit: The watch has completely stopped charging and wont hold a charge at all. 2nd edit. They replaced the watch with an upgraded version and it works properly now. The first one must have been faulty. Edit: I have it set to be able to get messags on it, and they never show up. I have had this a month now, and the side button no longer works. Sadly I am now having to get a new one. I love that you can customize the face setting. The app is user friendly. The battery lasts longer than I had expected which is a huge plus for me. I appreciate that it came with a 2nd wrist band to switch it up based on my outfit. It's nice and lightweight and it's too large face wise. I nay have to get my son one since he can't have his phone at school. This would be a great alternative if needed while in class. I like that I don't have to physically touch it to check the time. I love that it's easy to charge, that it's magnetic, helps with charging issues. I also appreciate that it already came with a screen protector on it already. Thank you!

Did not enjoy this watch. Kept itching my wrist, the gold band. Screen would not swipe till fully charged. It does not read heart rate all the time you have to physically press the button. I was not impressed. Returning.

I love the color, the watch works fine! I like that i can change the background too! The sound calls are good, people did not complain about audio issues, notifications shows nicely and on time! I can listen music from it too! Nothing bad UNTIL THE BATTERY DIE AND THE WATCH IS NOT CHARGING with my charger.... I got 2 watches, one for my mom and other one for me, my charger came broken since it does not work on either my mom's or my watch... I will try to contact the seller for some help, otherwise i will returned 😣
