It started off amazingly. I opened the package and was in love with the color of the rose gold watch. I set up and was pleased. The problem that I experienced was the latch on the watch was not sturdy and the watch would fall of my arm falling off and smashing. I didn't get enough time to enjoy it. I am now back to square 1 and will need to purchase a new one. I don't recommend due to the clasp not being sturdy. I wish I could get my money back or a new watch that doesn't have faulty clasp.

Bought the watch in July and it stopped working in November. Thought it was the battery and charger bought a new one but still nothing. If you purchase get the protection plan and hopefully it can be replaced 🤷🏾‍♀️

I don't like you can't answer the phone on the phone or turn the sound off on the watch. Don't like it at all.

I’m looking for somebody to show me how to charge the watch because I don’t understand how to do it and it doesn’t show me how to do it

The watch stopped working. It never came back on after charging. I would like to return and get another one.

I wanted to love this watch. I thought it was so pretty. Unfortunately, it does not calculate anything accurately. Not the BP way off according to recent doctor visits. Most disappointing is the step counter. I have been basically bed ridden due to an injury and it has me clocking 5000 steps a day. Its ridiculously off. Sorry but I would not recommend.

The wrist band is very garish/cheap looking. Trying to change to the plastic wrist band does not work as the pieces do not fit together. I'd like to return it, but, I've exceeded the return time. So far, never used it. Disappointed.

At first glance this is an extremely beautiful watch, and when I first got it I loved all the features and thought it was a perfect Apple Watch dupe. Unfortunately the watch only lasted two weeks before it shut off and refused to turn on. I figured it was my own fault, I was washing my hands and might have gotten water on it (even though the item says it’s water proof *side eye*) so I just returned my defective watch and got a new one. This new one only lasted about a week before the same issue happened where it wouldn’t turn on. I tried charging it and everything. I will now be returning the new watch and going to a different brand for a smart watch. Please don’t waste your time and energy buying this.
