This stuff really works well for taking out the brassy tones. I've been underwhelmed by all previous purple shampoos I've tried and was convinced they just wouldn't work in my hair. This stuff works great. Quick tip my hairstylist told me with any blonde and toner or toning shampoo: Don't use high heat on your hair. The brass color will come back. She showed it to me in real time. So to make this stuff be effective and last, keep your irons under 390°. Olaplex Purple Shampoo is outstanding. Washed my hair twice and it looks silver. The best thing about it is that it has no bleach in it. I am in love with the Olaplex Products. Eternally grateful to Amazon for selling this magnificent product. Peace!

This product never ceases to amaze me. Got my hair done, and I still had a brassy yellow hue to it. Once I washed my hair with this purple shampoo, it was even blonde!!!
