This thermometer works instantly and constantly. It stays magnetically to the refrigerator next to the stove and even shows current room temperature.

It works really well, my only gripe is that it is really easy to misplace! Lol!! I am already ordering another because I lost the first one!! Lol hahaha! Lol!

Accurate

I don't know how I cooked without one of these. I was cooking a pork loin roast, and with this tool, managed to get it out of the oven before overcooking. Saved the day. Also, during the Big Freeze when Texas lost power thanks to a poorly managed power grid, I used this to measure the temperature in my home.

This item does work, and has been working all summer. I cook out a lot and it has not failed me.
