The prongs, actual massagers are not soothing. I kinda hurts and doesn’t reach certain places.

Yes it works great. The only 2 complaints I have is, 1 you can feel the hard plastic under the padding, 2 it doesn't heat up as much as you think it would. Definitely a good gift for someone who you have no clue what to get, or if they have feet problems and pain. It does come with a remote to operate the devise. As far as pain relief, and I may not be the best person to describe this due to a back injury that causes sciatica, virtually none for me. But then again nothing works for my pain.

OK but no power meaning it doesn't roll as I want it on my fingers and my heel's if it has a little bit power I would have been more happier but I will use it.

It’s ok, the massager would be better if I had bigger feet. The heat doesn’t feel like heat or like anything different really. The massage has 3 different settings and in those the have a few intensity levels. Overall not bad I was just expecting more.

The item came pre opened or returned ,Item did not work ( defective)Late on shipping day by 10 days or so,Was not designed for larger size foot ! 12-EEENo details on item when looking to purchase.Took 30 days to receive my refund !Would not recommend this company !That’s it folks !!

Feet

This item fits only small feet. It massage only the front part and not the entire feet from front to back. I try to return it but it cost more to ship it than the worth if the item. It's sad that the company does not cover return cost.

The heat is minimal, so if your purchasing this for a heated massage I would re think that as a reason to buy.
