Okay. These have no stretch which I don’t mind bc they hold their shape. The button fly helps hold my mom belly in. I have smaller legs and they don’t fit like balloons around my thighs like most shorts I try. They also make me look like I have a butt. I buy a 32, sometimes a 31 depending on MY WEIGHT, the shorts are consistent in sizing. I have probably 8-10 pair of these shorts in different styles. They last forever - literally. They are true to size, NOT VANITY sizing. If I were out getting jeans with absolutely no stretch I would need a 12 or 14. Most things I can buy a size 10 or 29/30 in due to stretch and vanity sizing. I was in buckle trying on 27’s and 28’s without issue, on no planet am I a 27 or 28 lol I’m 5’7 160lbs and since having two daughters I carry most of my weight around my middle. I’m short waisted although my waist is very defined but sits right under my boobs (36 DD) I am not tiny or fit in any way but maybe my calves haha my only dislike is that they ride up my inner thighs (shown in pictures) so I find myself pulling them down. If you’ve never worn 501 shorts my best advice would be to go in to any store and try them on before guessing your size.

Randomly picked these up out of town in PCB, FL, and even though the dressing rooms were closed, I bought them anyway. The best money I’ve ever spent on shorts!! They fit so much better than any shorts I’ve ever owned! It’s hard to describe, but they’re worth the money!!!

I found a pair in store and decided to try them on. They were super cute, but the button fly was defective and I couldn't even get one button done up, lol! They didn't have any more in stock, so I ended up heading to another store that did. I grabbed the size I needed (30), tried them on, and made my purchase. They are super comfortable and really cute. They are pricey though, but I got them on sale.

I do NOT think these run small, they just don’t have stretch. They are normal jean material. I believe the ones complaining about the sizing are used to stretch that accommodates 20 lb fluctuations. These are exactly what the real sizing is and should be. No vanity sizing or crazy stretch. 5’2” 105 lbs size 24
Great purchase
I purchased these online so wasn’t sure but when I got them I immediately loved the color and fit of these Levi shorts.

Bought these shorts in the 'quiet riot' style and immediately fell in love with them! They are so flattering in the front because of the button closure and they aren't too short in the back like a lot of high-rise shorts are!! I will definitely be buying these in more colors/styles for this summer.

Love the fit and the feel of quality to these shorts! It was my first time buying Levi’s and it was worth the investment!

Love these. I sized up. I wanted a baggie fit. Not much stretch more of ridged fit

I love love love these. Levi’s have always been great quality & after having 2 kids & with my body changing it’s been hard finding cute jean shorts that fit how I want them to. I am 5’2” 150lbs & my tummy is obviously bigger then it has been in the past. The size 34 fit perfectly so I bought them in 4 colors!
