This is a great mid-range quilt. It's not as substantial feeling as our pricier quilts, but it's less than half the price, and definitely not less than half the quality. It's a nice light weight, perfect for summer. It's well stitched, and fairly soft. It's oversized, so it's really nice to snuggle up with. It also looks nice on the bed. My first impression was the quilt looked relatively plain. It reminded me of younger days at my granny's. Other than that I love the size of the quilt, it fits perfectly on my queen sized bed. I also appreciate the lightness. Its heavy enough to keep you warm when it's cold but light enough for you to cover up with when it's warm without overheating and sweating all over the place. I got this quilt I love it it's very nice it is not a heavy blanket .I don't care much for heavy blankets or quilts this is thin but no air gets through it very nice in warm .
