The mini usb pump is excellent and fills the mat within seconds. The mat is small enough when deflated that it’s easy to transport and use without a hassle. This mat comes with a mini pump that is powered by a USB cord. If you are going camping away from a power source, you will need to bring your own power to blow this up, or inflate ahead of time and bring inflated. Inflating this mat took a couple of minutes and was not excessively noisy. I have left this inflated for several days while using, and it kept its shape and did not lose air. This mat is comfortable to lay on and really helps make the ground feel even. This also fits inside my sleeping bag, which is great, but you could place underneath if you preferred when camping. This includes a small travel bag to fit your mat, pump and cords and the mat was easy to fold back up to store it away. This is also very lightweight to carry, so if you need to hike to your site it isn't too much of a burden to carry and it does not take up much space when deflated. This would even be great to have if you just want to enjoy sleeping in your own backyard or if you needed an extra place on the floor of your home for someone to sleep, and kids would probably love this for an upgraded sleepover. This has a built in pillow, which is a nice feature, but you might want to test ahead of time to personally see if you need something a bit higher with more support. Overall, I really enjoy the added comfort this brings to sleeping on the ground or uneven/uncomfortable surfaces and will get a lot of use out of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Imagine a bed so powerful it banished me from our shared sleeping quarters to the hallway floor—and i stayed there. Voluntarily. Passed out. Like a Victorian fainting goat. This Intex air mattress is cray cray lol We “tested” it by lying on it for fun and accidentally woke up two hours later covered in drool and life questions. It’s like being hugged by a firm but forgiving cloud that was raised on tough love. Side sleeping? Sure, if your idea of comfort is a gentle punch to the ribs from a thousand tiny starfish but hey, this is camping, not a spa retreat in the Alps. Pain builds character. And core strength. Great mattress and folds up nicely and lightweight. The only gripe I have is it didn’t include a wall plug for the usb cable I came with. Why do companies do this??
