Only half of it works, bought for a 3 month road trip. Noticed only half of it lights up the 1st and only time we tried using it. Pretty bummed out considering the price.

The male connector tongue is not a complete usb male , which usually has a full metal rectangle around it. Look closely at the picture - it's just the tongue with unprotected contacts.. As such it may or may not fit securely enough to maintain a connection. I wrote Power Practical - they sent me another unit. But same problem - a design failure, not a production problem. So both units have been relegated to the junk drawer. Maybe someday I'll splice a nominal usb male tail to it . .. or it'll go to goodwill for having been around for too long without me ever doing something with it.

This says universal USB and it does not fit into any USB ports I've tried

this product is terrible. the usb housing is flimsy and wont stay plugged in making it completely useless i am bummed i cant return it. it is aweful.

Out of box product looked like someone already opened it. Light didn’t work either I plugged it into multiple battery packs. I was excited to try this product as well.

Used 3 Times already not working anymore It’s great to be out backpacking and the light dies after 3 days Poor quality!!!

Worked awesome the first time I used it for camping but now it’s junk.

I tested this when it arrived at it worked great. I purchased it for camping by using magnetic mounts to attach to my pop up shelter. Went to use it on my last camping trip a few months after purchasing it and doesn't work. My power pack was fine because I used it to charge my cell phone at camp. Of course the return window was up in April, not a good quality product.

Unfortunately, I have purchased multiple luminoodles. The most recent purchase, has a short in the cable and flickers on and off. Now it is almost impossible to get to work! Ugh ugh. Not happy with my hard earned money spent.

Unable to shut battery pack light off (as shown in the pic, the switch is on off and the light keeps shining). To top it off—I ordered the battery with the rope and only got the battery, had to reorder the rope and now I have to return the battery. Nothing is working out very well...No bueno guys.
