I like the concept but a few things get in the way of being on the positive side Pros: Power supply is separate (can scale the on time with cost), Bright Cons: Harsh white, Lights on one side of assembly (need to be careful which side is out), brightness not adjustable and too bright for just passive lighting.

I bought two, the first one didn't work correctly right out of the package, the second one didn't last a year before it broke. And my roommates also broke. They're great when they work but they don't seem to last very long. I would expect at least 5 years out of a product like this, not six months.

Got one to replays their first version from Kickstarter. It feels like a downgrade. The light is not as pleasing; it is bright white not warm.

There is no battery with this. You.need to have it plugged into a USB It did not work with portable charger. Was useless when the power went out Nice idea but the parts to make it actually work are not part of this order and ypu.need to purchase other products. Too complicated

I really liked it, friends did too, but it just came apart one day out of nowhere after being stored with my gear. Only got to use it a few times. I might buy it again but only on a good sale because I expected the craftsmanship to be much better.

Used for hiking. Temperatures hit mid 40's with wind. Any temperature under 50 F and it didnt work. Works fine during the day when temps were above 50. Dont count on it for "emergency " or "hiking" or even "safety ". Use more proven methods or another company. Sorry.

Batteries were great at first. Less than 8 months later, half of them are no longer working - won't take a charge and out of power. I care for them well. Store them in a good battery box. I use them frequently and I use a sunlabz charger.

Bright, sturdy. The battery i bought as a package is only 4000 mA. It takes a day to charge and burns put within 2 hours. Get the strip, but buy your own battery. You can get a much better one for cheaper.

There are several issues with this product: Only holds charge for 2 hours after using it for only 3 months. Light is very bright with only one setting. Not available longer than 10 feet. If these issues could be remedied I would recommend the product. I use it in my tent for mostly car camping. The hooks, flexibility, and magnetic strips are nice.

I took this on a camping trip and the light was so glaring I couldn't look anywhere in its direction without cringing. Very cold white lights. So annoying I hid it in the bag - still bad. Then I hid it in the van and it was still uncomfortable coming through the windows. Spring for the bigger one that has color choices.
