POOR construction, breaks at USB connection

Do you want a cool string of lights that you need to have plugged into a USB for them to work? Do you want to buy a power source so these can work? Batteries? Nope! Gotta have a usb power source. Dumb.

I purchased this in November to use for camping. First time out this month (May) it came on when I tested it while setting up camp, but then later when I went to turn it back on nothing. Brought it home and tried on several USB outlets but it will not come back on. I also have a 5' model and no problems with that one. I tried to contact the manufacturer but because it has been so long since I purchased it I can't seem to find any information.

I was excited to bring this on our road trip and it worked fine right out of the box, used it on a test run car camping night. Then when the official road trip has started, the string of lights doesn’t turn on anymore.

Want to love them but they only ran for about 20 minutes fully charged! I reached out to the company via email and never heard back. Not sure if I got a set of lemons or if this is typical.

Bought these quite a ways out from my trip so couldn't return these. I tried both light ropes on two different fully charged USB Battery packs and did not work. I reached out to the company but haven't heard back from them. These do work when I plug into a USB box plugged directly into a wall outlet, which is why I didn't test them out on my battery packs, so shame on me????

Light was pretty good but the battery that I bought with it was not long lasting at all (less than 1 hr) I need up hooking up my own portable battery pack to it which made it work much better

I’m very disappointed. I only use the Luminoodle XL a few times a week. I have two and both of them stopped working after six months. I can’t contact support anymore. The USB plugs are too flimsy and keep on falling out of the batteries. I do not recommend buying this product.

I was really excited to get this product and was really let down after about five minutes of using it. The noodle lights work great and are very bright but the battery has already failed me! I tried charging into multiple sources and it seems the battery is already dead after five minutes of use. I really like the luminoodle light but the battery this ships with is pretty bad quality, such a bummer!

Absolutely loved this product but it stopped working, you have to hold it juuuust right to get light and that's not something you can do while camping. Its a shame because I 100% want another one but if its going to break I don't want to spend the money, sad.
