In the first use, it broke. The material was very weak and bad quality. I would not recommend to buy it.

The media could not be loaded. I spent more money on this, hoping it would hold up. 1 strap broke off completely with less than 30 days use. The other is on its way to ripping off. Extremely disappointing. They wouldn't replace it. Do yourself a favor, order a Jansport

The shoulder straps broke in 6 months. I expexted adidas backpacks to have excellent quality to last at least one year.

The bag came with scratches as shown in photograph 1 and After one week of using the bag has start to ravel out at the bottom. Love the style and all but not durable or I just got a defective item. Not meeting up yo the life time warranty.

Junk. Straps frayed and broke within months. Just get the North Face ones. They last for a decade.

After only one week of school, the seam is beginning to rip near the zipper. This bag was only used 5 times! Of course, we ordered this backpack well in advance in order to have it for the first day of school so we have missed the return date. My daughter is in 6th grade and is not hard on her backpack. It was not over stuffed. My children have always used Adidas backpacks for school and they usually last for years, not just one week!!

Do not buy products from this seller! 50 dolar backpack, straps started ripping on day 4 of use! My child carries a laptop and binder. This is cheaply made and seller refuses to simply send a new one or refund! I was told just send back and in 7-10 business days they would decide what to do! So my kid who paid for this with her own money should be without a backpack when school just started! Terrible customer service and crappy product. Save yourself the hassle. Do not buy from this seller, "Do it tennis."
