I bought 2 chairs, one had a piece that was slightly cracked. The first time it was used the screws that attached the arms to the back of the chair cracked through on one side and and almost cracked through on the other. I wished I would have not wasted my money on this chair.

I bought 2 chairs, one had a piece that was slightly cracked. The first time it was used the screws that attached the arms to the back of the chair cracked through on one side and and almost cracked through on the other. I wished I would have not wasted my money on this chair.

This chair is made of quality wood and is ok for sitting. It does not allow for true "adirondak" comfort. Secondly, it is held together with alan wrench bolts that are of poor quality. They fasten to a built-in nut that you can't adjust or remove if one strips which one did. I am fairly handy so I was able to fix it with a little work. Over-all it is good quality wood and paint but it seems the fastening system they used is way over-engineered.

we ordered 4 of these. 2 of them did not install correctly. they both had the same issue where the arm did not properly attach. the third chair broke as soon as someone sat in it.

Completely dissatisfied with this product. I previously gave a review of 2 stars but now I wish I never ordered them. Had friends over and sat in these chairs for only the SECOND TIME... really!! The arm busted right through (see pics) & I was SO embarrassed. Paid $600 for this junk (4 chairs). Had to return the first one after it crumbled in assembly. The replacement broke through also (same spot as pics) but I was tired of returning so tried to fix it myself. Now ANOTHER breaks. Unbelievable! I want my $600 back. Very unhappy prime customer! Never wrote a negative review before this debacle...

I bought these because they appeared to match a few great Adirondack chairs I purchased several years ago elsewhere. But when I assembled them, I noticed that the wood was thinner and the fastenings were a different style. One of the pair broke and collapsed in only the third time someone used the chair. Notice in the photos the wood actually broke; this wasn't a problem of assembly. Fasteners ripped out of the wood like it was play-doh. Parts that were glued together came unglued.

This product is of very cheap quality! 2 out of 4 chairs that I ordered had missing screws and they all have scratches altogether. Also, they are difficult to assemble, flimsy, and just not stable!
