It was a nice inexpensive backup laptop. We used our other Lenovo for my daughter's home schooling. It was nice to have this one around in case we needed it.

This was purchased for my grandson for schooling at home during the pandemic. Overall he is pleased but the video is poor quality for zoom classes.

Not bad for small project- I like it! The disk space is very small. For the price you can buy a bigger memory disk separately.

It’s ok for basic usage. I’m extremely unhappy about office 365. I purchased this laptop in part due to the product description saying it included 1 year of free Office 365. Upon setup of the computer I found out it was only 1 month free. Incredibly disappointing and misleading.

Purchased two. One is considerably better than the other, but both set up exactly the same. Best bang for the buck when getting something for the kids to do school on.

It's a good computer, but it has not slots available for added memory. The 4gb memory is just enough to run windows 10. The computer gets slow if you are multitasking. I love Lenovo computers, but this one is limited.

I specifically picked this laptop out because the specs said it runs on Windows 10 Home. I was wanting a laptop that was NOT running Windows in S mode, so that was the main reason I picked this one. But when received, it WAS running in S mode even though that is not stated anywhere in the specs. Yes you can disable S mode, but it was for a friend who is not tech savvy, so I didn't want her to have to hassle with that. So a little annoyed that the specs on the product were not accurate.

There are some limitations at first, however one of the biggest holdups which Windows S can be turned off in the Settings. My student-child who is 5th grade gets a lot of value from it.

It works fine so far. Will stream Netflix and YouTube. It came with a month of Microsoft Office Personal. Be aware it’s in S Mode, that needs to be in the description.
