They are black which is a great color for coordinating with many items. They offer a relaxed and sporty fit. There is some warmth but they aren’t too warm. Closest I can get to wearing pjs at work. The elastic makes them very comfortable. They don't look great, like you'd expect for cheap dress pants, but they're good enough. I will have to hem the legs because I'm short, but I expected that.
