I sent pictures of how I received the guitar to Maria I have filled a complaint with ups they are coming to my house to see how this was delivered I love the guitar for 3 girls from my church for Christmas so I do have time to get this straightened out there are things extra like a pic ,strings etc I do not know if they have been taken Thanks love you guys I know this is not your fault and
