The media could not be loaded. Pulled this out once to set it up and just went to use it for the first time and the supports are broken. Junk

This would be an awesome tent if it folded up like they say it does. It opens up instantly when you open the case, but no amount of twisting/cajoling/tech-work could make it fold like they show in the video. It isn't a mistake that they cut the video off right at the part where it SHOULD be folded just right. Send this one back to the tech department to work out the bugs.

The pop up feature is swell, HOWEVER, beware of trying to fold it back into its travel case. I followed the instructions on how to fold it up. Pole snapped. And then I touched it. MISTAKE. My fingers are filled with FIBERGLASS SPLINTERS. DO NOT BUY.

When folded up this is ridiculously huge and impossible to carry around or wear on a pack. Don't buy it unless you need something for the kids to play with. You won't be able to take it to the beach or a campground unless it is directly out the back of your car.

Had to return it after first use because I wasn’t able to make it small enough to fit in bag 🥵😡🤬

Fiberglass rods broke at connection points. I would not recommend this for children or beach use.

It slightly rained & water came in at all of the seams. We were soaked by morning. It doesn’t fit back into back following the instructions provided.

I used the tent indoors for my grandson at my work, and it broke the 3rd time I tried to fold it up.

I dislocated my thumb trying to take the tent down. I am covered in bruises on my arms from trying to follow the horrible directions as well. Step one opening is easy, step two is incredibly dangerous.

Plastic frame broke in 2 places after 2 uses just after return window
