So this was a purchase for backpacking and when it gets here, it's like 3' in diameter! NOT a hiking tent at all.

I bought this for our elementary aged son to camp in the yard. I initially thought it would work ok for this purpose, even though it seemed cheaply made and I didn't expect it to hold up long. One side was already broken when we opened the box (see photo) and it would not lay flat. I wanted to return it, but we opened the tent 1 day after the 30 day return window (purchased for a birthday gift). Addendum: Shortly after pitching the tent for the first time. My husband felt small shards in his hand. He was concerned the broken rod could be fiberglass and may not be safe for our son to sleep in. When he examined the tent closer, the rod pierced the tent fabric and my husband felt more tiny shards in his hands. We disposed of the tent within an hour of it's first use (second photo shown with rod sticking out as it's being taken to the trash). DO NOT BUY. Spend a few more dollars and get something safer.

This tent is not easy to assemble in the slightest and the directions that were provided were wrong, lacking information and were not sufficient to convey to any functioning human to put this tent back in the bag it came from. I went to a music festival and purchased this tent for camping and when it came time to pack the tent up it was impossible to assemble. We asked professionals who built tents for the “glamiping tents” in hopes they would be able to figure it out and then could not. So we go to the airport with this tent and decide to throw it out but the lovely nice people of Nashville stopped to help try to figure out the puzzle that this tent was. Over 10 people stopped to help to read the directions and to try to help. This tent is a waste of money and I will bet my life no way can correctly fold this tent off given the resources this product gives you. Do not buy. Waste of money. Waste of time. This tent is absolutely cancelled.

Small holes appeared after second use around seams and zipper. Not waterproof. Dew dripped on me all night. Impossible to get back in bag. Two people or anyone over 5'2" probably cannot fit in this tent. Unfortunately I bought last summer and did not use until last month so return option is closed

Purchased this tent for my uncle who is homeless just for everything of his to get soaked, one picture said Waterproof, another said water resistant, but was falsely advertised water seeped through everywhere even with light rain, would like to return it but it took too long to find out it was faulty, will not purchase again
