No matter if I use the enclosed charts or Google or read packages for how long to cook, everything seems to overcook and burn. wish the dials were more precise. They are hard to see and harder to set.

Listen, I had this thing for almost 5 years! I thouggt it was great, until I got a new air fryer that takes half the time! Also, my reason for giving this one away was that it cannot be cleaned! There's just no good way to clean this appliance. 😕 It had 5 years of gunk on the walls, and every piece that was removable was full of gunk, rust or permanent stains. I opted for a new air fryer with a removable and washable basket and I love it!

The air fryer cooks very hot. I have had difficulty baking in the oven. Even though I preheat, browns too quickly on the top. I’ve had an air fryer and a cuisinart toaster oven and was hoping this would be a perfect combination of the two but has not met my expectations. I also don’t like the “drip pan” for the air fryer. If you pull out the air fryer basket to stir the contents, the drip pan must be pulled out too or the drippings get on the door.

It was good until it broke and the dials stopped moving a year and a half in.

I don’t like how the air fryer tray after one use looks terrible…

The model looks nice, the heat is amazing but unfortunately one of the screw already fell off in less than 2 weeks since we started using it so idk what to expect next.

I may have purchased one that was returned since the box looked like it had been opened and taped with clear tape on one side. The timer didn't work correctly and now doesn't work at all. The oven no longer cycles. It constantly bakes. I baked biscuits in 5 minutes at 300 degrees so they wouldn't burn. They were beyond golden brown on top and still a bit doughy side in the 5 minutes. I now need to be present to watch the food so that is doesn't burn. Was going to purchase same model except not all stainless steel and decided against it. Going for another brand instead that I've used other of their products with no problems and last a long time.

Cooks way too hot, have to adapt every recipe whether it’s air fryer, bake, toast. Very easy to burn.m stuff.

It woks fine. Don’t love the dials and clicking sound it makes. We previously had the digital version it it just worked better and was easier to use. We opted for this less expensive version and understood why it is less expensive. You get what you pay for.

Nice size, good cooking options. Reasonable price.
