Sent a defective light! Liked item but one doesn’t work! Haven’t received my credit for this item was returned on Jan 4 2020 need help

Loved them while they lasted. Unfortunately one died a couple of weeks ago and another is looking rough. I didn't even get one full season out of them.

After only 6 months or so, two of them have stopped working, stakes break off way too easily easily

One torch only worked for one week

These lights look beautiful...when they work. I bought 2 sets and they looked great in my yard. Unfortunately, within 3 weeks, 2 of the 8 lights stopped working. A huge disappointment! For as much as these lights cost, my expectations were much higher. I would probably save my money.

I purchased this for my husband's birthday. We had just put in a pool and we loved the idea of adding them to the landscaping. By the time we landscaped and put them in a few weeks later, we were past the return window for the torches. One of the torches is defective though. 3 of them are brilliant, but the one is very dull. I wrote to the manufacturer asking for a replacement, but they have not responded. Hopefully this poor review will get their attention.

Quality of the torn stick is poor.

There was one out of box that was defective and died after the first week. Then the 2nd light started to have the same symptoms as the first light which died. Cant say they last long but they do look good. Not worth it for the price you pay. Sensors are very finicky.

they still all work mind you 4 weeks in , so ok with that,, but could they their buyers have found a thinner, cheaper plastic anywhere on earth for the stems? not sure what schedule plastic that is but a bic pen is thicker When you plant in ground all the ends splinter and crack up ALL of them so ill have to find what The OD is and go buy new PVC and paint black to make them stand up.. even the stake breaks off easy

These are really nice as long as they work. One didn’t work right out of the packaging but did not make a big deal since I had five more and I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning them for just one defective one. Five months later two more are now dead. For the price they don’t last long. I don’t recommend this product!
