3 of the 4 work well -1 is no longer working

Ordered the bronze color and paid extra for the color. After 2 weeks the bronze is gone and they are black. The flame is great . Just disappointed because i purchased for the bronze color.

Paid for 4 lights and 1 of them doesn’t work at all. Contacted customer support and they said they would ship me a replacement and they never sent it.

2 or the 4 lamps stopped working after 60 days. Too late to get a refund or a replacement. These are not a good value since you can get larger sets for less money if the expectation is that they don't last.

I absolutely love the lights the only thing I do not like is that two of my post are shorter than the other two. I was not given enough materials to build the post up to 43 inches on all four lanterns like the description listed

They were great but now hasn’t been a yr and starting to burn out

The larger ones are easy and the lights are beautiful outback when it’s really dark you can see the lights flickering and then I’m still trying to figure out the smaller version because it’s not lighting and there’s nothing that you can turn it on with I’ve left them out two nights in a row and days and still nothing has happened with the smaller ones

Purchased 2 sets of 4 lights. One quit working after one month. Wrote to company over two weeks ago with no reply John

Brand new let them get 3-4 days of sun before turning them on... and only half worked

The lights are well made and look attractive however I bought 4 (2 boxes) are none of them worked although we charged them as per instructions for 3 full days outside in bright sunshine each day. I am returning for a refund and have purchased more by a different manufacturer.
