They are really nice had them 2 months and one of the lights not working 😥 i thought they would last longer considering what they cost i was expecting better quality

I thought these were gorgeous - then my kids walked by - and broke them, one by one. They snap at the root of the stake, and then you are screwed. I would not recommend this for young kids.

Cheap plastic parts..they also are very short for tiki lamps. I don’t expect these to last AZ summers.

Great looking product with realistic flames - BUT - the designers made sure you could not change the battery which dies at about the 6-month mark on average. I guess you could keep the stand and put a couple of tea lights inside. Don't waste your money if near the ocean - cannot recommend.

This company will not work with you on replacing parts. Rude and gave me the run around! Had for few months and two have died already! Poles break in wind. Terrible product!

So I bought one set of these in July and liked them so much I bought another set in August. Here it is September and the first set ONE of the four works (which I can no longer return) and the second set TWO still work ... which I WILL BE RETURNING!! Too bad because they were nice for while they lasted

Completely unhappy with this product. I purchased these lights in August, 2020. After charging they worked fine for a short period of time. One of the lights stopped holding the solar charge completely, while the other 3 seemed okay. The company did replace the one seemingly defective light but while waiting for the replacement to be delivered the other 3 had the same problem. They would all go on at sundown but only stay on for about 3 hours. In fact the only unit now staying on for longer than 2 or 3 hours of darkness is the new, replacement unit and I have no clue for how long that will last. I live in Southern Florida so exposure to prolonged sunlight is not the issue. I would not purchase this product again and certainly would not recommend it to anyone.

2 out of 4 are out . warranty people sent me a note saying I am not properly charging the lights. poorly written. I swapped positions of the lights and that didnt help. Very disappointed.... i dont have the time to screw around with products like this. it just isnt that complicated . no moving parts.... the sun works but these dont.

We love TomCare lights! Unfortunately four months in, all 4 of our lamps went out in a week. We are reaching out the manufacturer. Will keep you updated on their response.

When I first bought these for my wife for our anniversary barely over 30 days ago and placed in yard for now only 18 days....and I should have known when putting them together they were cheap and one tube cracking off the bat and 3 other extending tubes are partially broke. Very let down because they are fairly bright and nice... just the plastic is pretty terrible 😕😐🙄
