Love this product BUT after 2 uses one of my solar lights will not turn on... pretty disappointing. Replace it with one that works and id give it 5 stars all around. All in all 3 stars for now until after customers service. Which i have not done yet.

First these look like they are durable even metal or aluminum and the flame looks realistic, at least in the image they give you on Amazon looks like this. They are not bad, but I expected more real flame look not so much of a 'boxy' flame. i also did not expect them to be plastic. I will keep them, but like I said I expected more for the cost.

3 of the 4 work, I love the look. Unfortunately that one just won’t work. Super disappointed

I finally got the replacement for the broken one. It is working so far. I like these lights. Thank you It just took several weeks and several communications.

I have several of these, and most do not work. They are solar and have plenty of sunlight, but-most don't work. do not recommend these.

I love these because the flame looks so real but the poles are plastic therefore not as study as I’d like.

These are expensive for being made so cheaply. Cheap, brittle, plastic that breaks without much force when you are trying to emplace it in the ground. The lighting effect, however, is beautiful. I just wish they used a bit better grade plastic.

I contacted seller, and after a back and forth they agreed to send a replacement. Nothing since and I tried several times to contact them. So beware of this product with lousy customer service because we know in general these are unreliable.

The media could not be loaded. 3 of the 4 work. Getting seller to correct the non working 4th light has been a hassle. It’s unfortunate because these lights are amazing. I bought two other sets with plans to buy more but am so annoyed that I’m now looking at other options.

Very easy to set up and they work immediately. I like the flickering aspect very much, and the design of the "cage" the light shines through, it's not just a blob of light. I was surprised that they are made of plastic, I'm not saying that it's good or bad, just seems cheap. But maybe the plastic is better than metal getting wet by sprinklers and fog. Downside is that in less than 3 weeks, one of the four lanterns is already barely lighting up. Not good. So I assume that the others might go out soon too....
