Product was great 7/8 times.... ordered two sets. One light not functioning. Only option from Amazon is ship all of a set back And try your luck again for a working 4? Disappointed that simply a bad one can't be replaced. As this is one of the priciest choices, you may want to look elsewhere.

Purchased a 4 pack. One does not work. Amazon could not replace one but offered to ship 4, take out one, add the non working one and return. I agreed and was shipped 4. Meanwhile the seller contacted me and said they would send one replacement. Have not received any confirmation it was shipped. Because I really like these lights I said I would keep and pay for the additional 4. I need the replacement and once received will change to 5 stars for the rating.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered several of these lights and I love them. They’re beautiful at night. Just know, though, that if one or more arrives defective, it is a nightmare dealing with the company. They make you email back-and-forth several times asking for more and more information asking you to try different things to get the torch to work asking you to wait and then telling you they’re out of stock and can you wait a month or more for a replacement? Don’t know if I’m ever going to get a replacement torch for the one that arrived defective.
