Stopped working after the first use!!

I charged it fully. It does not vibrate. It has a slight buzz that stops once it is applied to skin. The last brand I bought from Target was a similar name and it had a fabulous vibration that really lifted things out of pores. This is a joke and it's more expensive. I require a refund. I will not bring it to the store for a refund. I ordered it online because of inability to go to store. I was sent a horrible product. It's on Target or the company to refund me for their crap product.

Highly do not recommend. After a few uses, it made my skin look the worst it has in years. Terrible breakouts all over. I did sanitize it after each use. I originally purchased it to help with the tiny blackheads around my nose. I wish I never purchased it. My whole face is now terrible. I could cry.

This is awful i have never experienced a rash like this on my face, i used it the other day and woke up with this, under my lips and on my lips and on my nose and chin it's super drys but burns, please do not buy this!!

I have the pink one. Never felt effective. More like a placebo. Instructions are basic. Demonstrations on YouTube are short. Doesn’t work currently. Won’t charge anymore or turn on. Didn’t last long but feels gimmicky.

Piece of JUNK! Stopped working in less than 6 months. Only used twice. Not eligible for return!
