My bulb arrived with perfect packaging, but the metal mesh over the one speaker was dented…no visible damage to the speaker however the sound quality was absolutely horrible.Extremely disappointed as I almost had purchased several given my excitement these are JBL speakers, however I quickly returned given better sound comes from a keychain speaker from a gum-ball machine.

What is this? I thought I was buying a JBL speaker in a bulb. Bulb works fine,but I wouldn't call that a speaker.

Speaker blew in 15 minutes of use.Do not recommend.

This speaker is the worse thing I have purchased on Amazon. Very disappointed. Yall can have it back and give me my funds please and thank you.

Stopped working

1st order of my speaker bulb came and worked. It seemed to be fine for a couple weeks and then it started sounding like a blown speaker. How my cell phone has enough power to blow out a speaker.. The second one came and not 20 minutes into it the same thing happened I’m just not very happy with the product and I cannot see a reason for damage to speaker from my cell phone other than a manufacture defect. I don’t think it’s possible so I returned it for exchange. This speaker wasn't as loud as or as loud sounding as my Samsung S9. Real quiet for having "JBL" speakers. You have to stand right next to the bulb to hear it. Uiubhace to download an aftermarket app that wants your location to use it. I'm guessing it has a microphone inside and listens to your conversations. Spyware

That's all I can say. It was delivered with a rattling sound

First one was blown speaker, second one sounded so low and for the price not worth it, I have an 8 dollar rgb Bluetooth bulb from dollar general that's louder and sounds better, just causes it's JBL does not mean it's good

The driver blew out the first time I used it. I never even turned it up all the way.
