The set is nice,just have a hard time putting it together. None of the holes line up properly. My chairs are not leveled because the holes didn't line up

Once it's put together, it's awesome. If you don't have someone to help you put this together just don't even buy it. I literally had three other people helping me and couldn't even get the furniture done before the actual party started. But I love the way it looks.

This set is great for a small porch. It took a little patience to put together. Some of the screws stripped but they did send a few extras. I do not recommend for anyone over 6 feet tall as they are kind of small. The cushions a pretty thin. They work perfect for my small porch. I will buy from this company again.

This set was difficult to assemble because the holes are not aligned. I managed to put it together but I had to skip some screws. I contacted Customer service which was great. They offered a replacement or partial reimbursement. I chose to keep them and they are OK so far. They look just like the ones in the picture. Great quality.

Nice stuff but seats are small. A seat that holds 400 pounds is great, but nobody who weighed 400 pounds could fit in these.

Bit of a pain to put together but not horribly difficult. they look nice on our porch and are about the quality i would expect from the price

it looks really nice when put together but takes a lot of time and patience, cushions are not very thick if I would have known all this before I probably would not have ordered it

Assembly was fine, if you have 2 hours to do it properly. I recommend you only put the bolt on the screw until the bolt is technically on the screw then stop there until you have every screw in place, then stand the chair on a level surface and lay underneath of it like a mechanic and tighten the bolts down one by one carefully because it easily gets unlevel if one single bolt is tightened too much too fast. They are perfectly compact but will not fit in a 4'x6' space all together (our porch covering is only 4x6 so one piece has to 'sit out'). The cushions are thinner, about 1 1/2" thick but still comfortable enough for me. The material on the cushions is water resistant but not waterproof, if you wipe it with a towel after a short and light rain it's fine but a heavy rain will soak through. The red is not as vibrant as pictured but I'm actually very happy about it, it's still a good red. Overall I'm happy with this set.

Nice for the low price. Assembly took approximately 2 1/2 hrs. Received everything. However, holes do not line up. Took some difficulty & effort but managed to get them lined up without drilling new holes. Love the black rattan but pillows were not a bright red as advertised. More muted tone but looks good. We didn’t want expensive set on our front porch. This set should do nicely enough. It’s comfortable but not like more expensive sets. Our house has black trim & this set will look great! Time will tell how well it will last. It will be covered in the winter!

It was just what I was looking for. The have brought my porch to life. The only thing was that it was really hard to screw in the screws. I have one that I had to leave halfway out because it just wouldn't go in any further.
