Not sure why this set has such good reviews (for the most part). First of all, just make sure you really want this set, as return postage to GA is $125+, at least from New England. The set is small and uncomfortable, and really requires an extra set of cushion for the back rest, as the metal frame will just dig into your back. If you want a cozy seat to curl up on with a book and lounge all day, this set is not for you. It's more suited to 15 minute coffee gulps. Unfortunately I should have taken the negative reviews more seriously; hopefully this review will save someone else some buyer's remorse.

I am very disappointed in this product and really don’t even want it! I’m huge in reading reviews and writing good ones myself! I saw good reviews and this is just horrible! It did come earlier then expected and that’s it! It’s very small, which I knew before hand and was willing to get pass as this is for my Airbnb space, BUT... why would you make outdoor seating if the chair covers/cushions is not water proof??? This is crazy and unacceptable! Don’t make no sense! I actually have 3 decks, y’all as redoing the above one, came down to this one to look at seats and saw how there were some leaves on it and went to pick it up and literally was disgusting and soaked! The water from when it rained literally is inside of the cushion! I had to unzipped and take fake cushion out and literally pour the water out! There’s no way my guests can sit on these it’s bananas! So now I have to go out and buy new cushions and pillows. Just ridiculous

I got this in today and what should take about a half hour to put together has taken me an hour just to get one chair together. The instructions are easy, it would seem easy to do but its awkward and nothing lines up properly. You can see where the holes just dont line up, they are so far off that there is no wiggling it into place. This is just 1 side attached to the back so there is not other screws to be loosened. So far on this chair in the photo there is only one screw in the hole, forcing the other hole to not line up at all. This furniture is poorly made. I have put together a lot of furniture and never have i had anything that is such a pain in the ass. The other chair that I did eventually manage to put together, wobbles. That chair I had to take apart and put back together a few times just to get it to wobble less, but still wobbles anyway. I am tempted to return this set. Its crap, even for the good price. Giving two stars because its cheap and its cute (had it been properly made so I could enjoy it)

Obviously patio furniture is one of those things where "you get what you pay for." We purchased this as a temporary set for a rental property. For the price, the quality is alright. It was NOT EASY to assemble. The screw holes did not line up correctly which made it extremely difficult to assemble and even upon assembling, the coffee table is crooked no matter how many times we tried to re-assemble it, however, the couch and 2 chairs look good. The cushions are extremely thin and the seat backs are not very comfortable. The glass top of the coffee table also shows horrible rain spots that are very difficult to clean. For a temporary set, this is a great option, but if you are looking for something high quality, this is not for you.

I have a very small patio and researched wicker patio sets that would work with the space I have. Here are the pros and cons from my perspective. Pros - Shipping, on-time undamaged - Price point, for the price it is difficult to find a better product. - Looks very nice and is semi comfortable. I would not recommend sitting for long periods. - Good for small spaces. - Waterproof. Cons - I am really good at assembling items. This has to be the most difficult assembly I have ever encountered. The holes do not match for the screws, and DO NOT use a electric screw driver. It will require a lot of patience and a long time to assemble. The biggest negative. - This product is very light and will be venerable to the wind. - If you are a big person, you will struggle with the chairs. - It looks cheap because it is. Overall- It looks good and solves my problem entertaining in a small space. The assembly is very difficult and was very challenging as I had to bend metal to align the holes. It was very exhausting and is not very sturdy despite my efforts. Price is hard to beat, I hope this helps.

All of the pieces were mislabeled so it took a lot longer to put together, requiring another bottle of wine for my frustrations. The coffee tables’ legs are an inch off so it wobbles and glass doesn’t fit well in it....but well enough to hold the aforementioned wine.

Bought this, got it, put it together which was a pain in the you know what. It's cheaply made and things don't fit together well when putting it together. Someone had to push on pieces so I could get the screws to line up correctly. The screws strip easily so you really only have one shot to get it right. Then after we finally got it put together, it looks like kid furniture. It looks fine but a bit miniature. I'm just trying to fill up a 10 by 10ft space and it's not enough. 10 by 10 is not a big area. I feel as though it was a waste of money, even for how cheap the price was. I know, most 4 piece sets are hundreds and hundreds of dollars, this was not. This was definitely a case of you get what you pay and no it's not some miracle deal.. Would not recommend.

Firstly, the set came with a completely shattered glass table top. They were quick about sending another one, but both the original table top and the replacement were so cheaply packaged I couldn't believe the second one made it. Secondly, it was extremely difficult to assemble. We ended up paying our maintenance guys to come help us with their high powered drills. Thirdly, one of the chairs was extremely crooked and sat at very noticeably weird angle. Finally, we had a storm and the chairs blew off our patio. The wind and rain completely demolished the chairs beyond repair. Such a waste of money. Also the pillows are extremely thin. I wasn't expecting a designer set, for the price, but this is absolute,"made in China", Dollar Store trash.

Shipping was a joke!!!

Really annoyed that my set came with no directions and no hardware. When I contacted the company they sent me the hardware which took another week. Im struggling to put it together and getting so aggravated because the holes don't line up. It's almost impossible to get some of them in. They just keep falling back out because the threads won't line up!
