I ordered this 10 footer to replace a tiny umbrella on an inexpensive patio set. Out of the box, all parts were present and accounted for. The umbrella fabric was intact and the pole sections were dent and scratch free. Bonus, the fabric was a near perfect match to our existing chairs. Set up was as easy as connecting the two poles and sticking it in the umbrella base under my table. The crank operated smoothly and expanded the umbrella properly. This thing is BIG. The 10 foot span will really provide a significant amount of shade. The tilt feature is easy to operate and was one of the main reasons I ordered this umbrella, the morning sun is bright out there. As always, time will tell about durability and longevity, but at this price point, the initial impression is worth 5 stars. UPDATE, 1 YEAR LATER: The umbrella was doing fine after a year. The cloth had faded a little in the sun but no tips, tears, or structural issues. About the only complaint we had is the location of the button for tilting the canopy. It's a bit high to reach. Not a problem for me but my girl can't reach it and she's 5'7". Unfortunately I neglected to close the umbrella recently on an extremely windy day. A powerful gust grabbed the umbrella and knocked it and the attached table over. Sadly, the umbrella snapped in two right at the crank section, rendering it useless. However, I immediately ordered a same model replacement and all is good again. Hard to beat this one for the price. 👍🏻👍🏻
