I thought this Dark Wax for Coarse Hair would be helpful for Brazilian Waxing. It was not. It was very sticky, seemed messier (thinner consistency, maybe), and caused hairs to break off instead of pulling out at the root. It also left a lot of stray hairs behind. Because of the breakage, I had between 10 and 30 ingrown hairs surfacing daily for the next two weeks. Some of those became infected and left scars. The breakout was so bad it actually hurt to wear underwear or jeans. The wax also left my skin very irritated, as the stickiness pulled and battered the top layer than the regular Honee Wax does. I have been waxing for 20 years, so am not inexperienced. Stick to Gigi Honee Wax and leave this stuff alone. I never had so many issues with a wax before, and did not have them again after switching back to the tried-and-true Gigi Honee Wax.

DO NOT BUY!!! Absolutely horrible. Tried waxing my legs for a cruise and picked up this worst idea ever. Did not remove hair well, stuck everwhere and very painful to use

Buyer beware!! I bought this hoping for a good wax, and it was just a complete waste of money. This particular wax never hardens, it's always runny, and it gets everywhere. Even when using it it's messy, and doesn't work well to take off hair. When having to take residue of the wax off your skin you have to use makeup remover. It's an awful product, and it has ruined my counter top. I urge others to not buy this, it's a nightmare!

This type of wax does not work for the following area's. Legs BRAZILIAN IS A BIG NO NO! eye brow and lip. this is all that I have tried but it has been ineffective. It doesnt stick to the strips. And I have 5 years experience in waxing.

I have been using a variety of waxes for years and never had an issues until I tried this one. Terrible burns on several occasions. And the creme wax is very thin and messy. I will stick with other brands for now on.

I love the Gigi microwave wax. I just got a warmer and bought this to go with it. It’s by far the worst I’ve ever tried. I used it on my leg and it left a hideous bruise and tore my skin.

I have been using all purpose honee and very satisfied of the result.. out of curiosity i tried for coarse hair and I’m very disappointed its very sticky, didn’t remove hair and it strip out my skin, waste of money ...Big mistake , oh well lesson learned.

This wax is awful. It doesn't remove hair and the only redeeming part would be the smell. It smells great. I usually use all their products but this one is a thumbs down for me.

What an impossible sticky mess this is. I do think it will make good fly catcher. Will not reorder.

I usually use just olive oil to remove wax but it took me forever to get this stuff off, and when I finally did my face felt weird, like my pores were spackled over. The instructions says to use their wax removing product to get the wax off, but I was unaware of that. I should have read the instructions and ingredients before buying. I assumed this product was sugar wax since its called honee, it is not. Its waaaaaay too sticky and hard to remove.
