I don’t know what I’m doing wrong I have taken aesthetic courses but this gave me a severe rash on my under arms. I understand this is ideal wax for the face but it should be ok on underarms. Now that could have been my error almost likely but I’ve been retrying this wax for a while now and just can’t get it to cooperate with me. Super frustrating

Too messy to use and doesn't remove all hair. Was disappointed. I definitely prefer hot wax.

Lovely smell and works well. Goes further than expected so lasts a long time. I have sensitive skin and I still had a little reaction with this, so I'll probably tuck to the hard wax when it's finished. Other people may not have the same problem, so overall product is really good

This is my favorite wax. However, the wax had leaked on its way here. Messy and will not be able to put it in my pot until I clean up the mess on the can.

I wax my face. Side, chin, lip and brows. I don't think this product was meant for faces. Very thick and hard to "spread". Not too messy. Got the job done tho.

Arrived clean but so thick and sticky! Not sure if it me but this cause me skin rip off! Was so painful! Did not happen with the last one I bought at beauty supply! Probably put on some baby powder before you apply this into your skin.

This was my first time using this chocolate wax. While the wax is good for its purpose, it does take a while to melt properly to be of a spreadable consistency to remove hair efficiently. Also, it is really messy compared to sugar wax or hard waxes. I waxed my skin almost after a year and a half and was pretty glad that this particular wax made the experience virtually painless. I barely felt so much as an ouch using this stuff. So thumbs up for that aspect. Regardless, I probably won't purchase this particular wax again, solely because of the messiness and the almost hour long melting time.
