I purchased a size medium which is the size I typically wear in leggings. These fit at the waist and hips so a size small probably would be too small. But they are really long--not capri length. They almost reach my ankles. (I'm 5'5" tall) I like that they have pockets. They are comfortable and I will definitely wear them. But they are not as pictured and don't look like capris.
