Incredibly disappointed 12 year old boy since he asked for this for his birthday thinking it came (as pictured) with the controller. Nice product but I don’t appreciate the misleading marketing.

Badly overpriced, be careeeeful

I bought a different color from Microsoft and it charges with no problem. But this one you have to maneuver it around and readjust it to the base to have a steady charge. I wish my son would had told me sooner so I could have return it.

The stand looks awesome since I own the controller. Problem is that there was no cover for the battery even if it's supposed to be included. Becomes pretty useless without the cover because the battery falls off. Also the packaging inside was broken which makes me wonder if its new or not...

The stand itself looks cool. my son was very happy when came.The problem is that when mounting the rechargeable battery, the cover that came with the stand is not fitting (it is just a regular cover for AA batteries...:(.So cannot use/reacharge the battery. In this way the stand became useless.There also was no way for me to contact the seller to ask for a different cover...:(

I'm charging a new xbox one x controller. The charging light stays orange and never turns green so I dont know if the auto-shutoff has activated or not. I manually remove my controller from the stand as I dont want the battery to overcharge.This is the second unit with this same problem. The company is completely non-responsive to my inquiries to see if I'm doing something incorrect.

It worked great for a few months, stopped working, wont charge controller anymore.

Battery does not make secure contact with the charger leading to unreliable performance. The controller can sit in the cradle overnight and not charge at all as a result.
