Its great and all but I thought it was the controller, wasted 50 bucks down the drain. And the battery dies after a while

Works great just wish the back part fit with next gen controllers I have to charge the battery with a old controller then put it on my nextgen controller but it does have long battery life

 My boyfriend really wanted this for his birthday last year. He loved it until a few months ago, it started falling apart.

ONLY if you buy the separate battery pack replacement will this work with the new Xbox Series X. Mine was bought new, but I was shipped me an open box, all the seals were already broken on the box, hence the lower rating.

Not to bad, but does not work with the charging stand that I have.

I got it on time, if not a little early, but it doesn't fit the controller it was intended for. Why? I don't know.

the charging stand works but i have to push down the controller in order for it to sync with the stand and place something heavy on the controller to keep it synced to be charged. the description of the charging stand is misleading. i won’t be buying any other product from this brand.

Has not been used yet because in the description it does not say it doesn't come with the controller. I ordered this searching for a controller. When I seen it I got excited because I thought it was a controller with charging station. So I just now ordered a controller also.

Son didn't read the description right and thought he was getting it a controller. I guess it's average price for a dock

As another customer pointed out, the battery cover had to be removed for mine to charge. And I got the model that matched the base. Aside from that, it did charge, and I don't otherwise see any issue with it.
