Decent quality stand works fairly nicely, how ever I got two of the same and incorrect backing, rendering the stand useless. I modified a different back for now but I want to find out how I can get the correct battery cover

The battery was dead on arrival. The charging station worked great though. I returned the unit for a battery that eventually ended up working. I had to use process by elimination to figure out if it was the charging station or the battery that was defective unfortunately.

Just ordered after seeing these in a local Microsoft store. The color of the base is completely off from the image on the box. I ordered a Military Green to match up to my Halo Green controller. What I received was a charcoal colored base. It would not have been a big deal if I wasn't trying to match the controller. The base itself is an awesome wireless charging stand but the color scheme is completely wrong.I hope the picture can help show you the variation in colors between the stand, controller, and box visual.

First off, the price for this is too high. The most it should be priced at is 29.99 for *special* colors and 19.99 for base colors.Second of all, the base of the charger is rubber but is outlined in plastic, not allowing the base to grip to any surface properly.They need to revise this product with a rubber base that grips the surface.Every time you go to remove or take the controller off the base, the base twists. Something R&D should have easily picked up on.

Great product. My only issue with this is that three of the four XBox Series X specific controllers have White backs and battery covers. This item is Not available.in white. However, I'm willing to bet that if you get any color mother than the black charging stand that it comes with a white battery cover. What gives?Update***After two months, the battery will no longer hold a charge for more than a day. I have three other controllers with the rechargeable battery and stand that are going on three and four years old now that last a full week. This one does not. And of course my window to return it has closed. Buyer be ware.

Just a fancy stand , the one I got didn’t work so I sent it back , I got another one and it only holds a small charge. The Xbox play kit holds a better charge. It’s cool and fancy but there are better solutions and as far as the magnetic holder ...ehI mean it’s not even from Xbox , just Xbox approvedBuy it , or pass it’s up to you but don’t expect to be. Loan away when you get it

The Battery would not charge when placed on the stand. The LED indicator light on the stand would not light up orange for charging or white for fully charged when I put the controller on the stand. I tried a battery from a previously purchased stand and the new base would charge it so the issue was with the battery that came with this stand. Since they do not sell replacement batteries for this stand I returned it.
