Product doesn't work.

Very misleading thought it was the controller and charger as that’s what the picture has

I asked them some simple questions but never got a reply. Product is so far so good though. Don't expect any support in case the product fails.

Very cheap plastic and not worth the money. Avoid their products at all cost!

Text was miss leading. The picture was also it showed a controller and a charging station when it was ordered. Not happy it was only a charger.

They make it look like, the controller and charger. It’s just the charger.Now have a charger and no controller.. thanks. Do not picture two together.

Not sure yet if it's the charging base itself or the battery that it came with but I had it placed on the charger well over 12 hours and the battery only had about 2 hours of charge. Getting a new battery today to test it out.. Very disappointing.

So I bought this battery cause I was looking for a back cover for my Xbox series x controller I get my package and it was already open and it brought two back cover that were Xbox one controllers so it doesn’t have what it really says.

Arrived non working, the connector pins were bent all out of shape and not touching contact points on controller battery. Took it apart and bent them back into shape, only time will tell how long it remains functioning. Box was perfect condition, must have been a factory production issue.

See headline.The battery that came with the kit doesn't hold a charge. I am better off just using rechargeable AA batteries.But hey, at least it looks nice .
