Didn't work when received and now cannot get one

Cover provided does not fit the system X or the S the prongs are in the wrong position to fit the controller

Bought 2 of these, neither one worked, garbage!

Battery terminal bars are spaced too far to connect with charging station.

It needs to be plugged into an outlet. My old charge station could be plughed into the xbkx itself. Seems like a small thing but depending on your setup it can make the thing useless.

Never charged the controller. The pins don't make contact when the back plate is on. When it's off the pins don't make contact either so it doesn't charge, and they ended up getting bent trying to maneuver the controller to make it charge. Worst $60 ever spent. Refund or replacement

 Got this on November 9th, as of today it no longer works. Worked earlier in the day now when you plug it in the lights flash and then nothing.

Does not charge your controller by simply setting it on the charging dock. You have to look for and find the sweet spot for a bit before the charging light comes on to let you know its charging. Using the battery cover that come with it, will not charge your controller at all. Save your money or just buy another xbox controller with batteries.
