Battery will not charge while sitting on the stand. The battery backing cover and/or the battery do not match up and will not reach the battery contact points to charge.So much for promising official xbox licensed equipment. Very disappointed in my purchase and will advise all my friends not to purchase this for their systems.The color does match the controller.Anyone looking to show off controllers just purchase the stands without charging.

It broke my Controller! It put to much pressure on the controller battery tongs and broke it so it can't read batteries! It did this because it's thick as hell and bearlly fits in place!

I bought this and the matching controller for my son for Christmas and we plugged it in, some lights flashed white and red but it does not charge the controller and there are no lights on when the controller is on the station. Waste of money. They charge WAY too much money for this not to work! Do not buy!

I returned it because the included back casing doesn’t fit the new Series X Controller. The description says this Next Gen (rather than the older model that’s also available) charger works on new Series X and older Xbox controllers. That’s simply not true with the one I received.

At this price point it should come with a battery that can be charged. Ours arrived dead and the light on the charger stayed orange, the battery never charged at all. We will be returning and will go back to the Nyko Charger and batteries. Sad because we had high hopes. It does look nice, but isn’t functional.

I had an older batter pack thankfully, and was able to after some struggle force the cover on my Series X controller, but it didn't align the connector with the charger I have. The battery that was supposed to come with this also didn't come, but I'm not willing to risk going to UPS to mail it back over a $17 product. Stuck with half a product I can't use.

Was thinking I was getting a controller and stand for money as controllers can be expensive. Listing VERY misleading ig you don't read properly especially when looking for controller itself.Avoid buying unless you have matching controller.

Firstly, I was disappointed it did not come with the red controller. Nothing in the description stated the controller was not included. And the price would suggest the controller was included, but it was not. The controller I have fit somewhat well on the dock. After charging for a few short hours, I removed the controller from the dock but it would not turn on. No matter what I did, the dock insisted the batteries were charged, yet the controller would not turn on. Very disappointed and returned!

I've seen the reviews about not being able to get new batteries. So that sucks. But also, it just does not charge well. It barely connects to the controller. This is not a good product don't buy.The controller is cool, but this charger is a waste of money.

This company does not allow you to buy replacement batteries. So as soon as it dies after a year of playing, you need to buy the entire kit over again. Incredibly wasteful!
