Well, this works as long as the battery holds charge. Like all batteries, it eventually starts to fail...but the problem with this whole setup is that these guys don’t sell their special battery pack with the exposed metal connectors separately. I contacted their support, wrote to their twitter and was ignored on all fronts. So now I have a $50 controller stand. Stick with the official play and charge kit from MS. Or any other company that stands behind their products.

Horrible. Worked for a while, now will not charge. Flashes white and orange lights then nothing. $$ paper weight.

The product box was absolutely destroyed upon opening the package and the backing that houses the battery was the wrong backing. There is no window to allow for the charger to connect. Super frustrated as it was a Christmas gift... that was opened only to find our parts are missing.

Battery did not charge and only came with one back plate which was the one I did not need.

Thought it was going to be the controller and the charging station
