My son loved his so much we give these out as shower gifts. Not a lot of people know about them or register for them also. They keep the baby secure and warm. I never worried about my son in his. Also, the material is soft and elegant looking.
This is my favorite swaddle blanket. The material for this one is heavier than the others and is great for the cold. My little one squirms a lot at night and her arms come free in other blankets. I also like this one unzips from the bottom for easy diaper access.
My daughter gets out of swaddle blankets and other easy swaddlers, this swaddler, she does not. I also like that it doesn't constrain her hips which can lead to hip dysplasia.
This is by far the best sleep sack available, very soft and cozy for our little girl. WAY better than a traditional blanket swaddle system as well.
Easy to put on and take off. Very practical.
I bought this so our little guy's feet would stay warm at night since he kept kicking off the blankets we used to swaddle him. He had also been getting his arms out of the blanket swaddles quite easily, which was causing him to wake himself up with the startle reflex at night. We tried other velcro swaddle blankets, but I never slept very well as I noticed that those blankets were bunching up around his neck and mouth/nose. This sleep sack and swaddle combo was amazing! The very first night we tried it, our 4 week old baby slept for 5 hours straight (he had never gone longer than 3 hours before)! The material stayed well below his chin, and the velcro was great at keeping his arms contained. His feet were nice and cozy, too. :) The only downside to this product is that it's difficult to tell if he's getting TOO warm at night. The material is like fleece, so here in Texas it might only be usable in the cooler months or if your A/C is turned down pretty cold.
