What’s the deal with toasters these days! This one looks great but it ends there. When you finally think you’ve got it adjusted to the right setting for your toast, you’ll find that one side is perfect and the other side is burnt. This one is going in the garbage.

It really is such a nice looking and sturdy toaster. It's not light weight, which is what I do like about it. What i don't like about it is it takes too much time to toast. We eat a 12 grain bread, and since it takes so long to toast it is like cardboard to eat. We are returning it and doing still...more research. I might add, we like our toast dark.

Half of the toaster didn’t work. When we tried to return it they said we were out of our window. Even though today is 12/19 and it says we can return it until 1/31/22. Terrible customer service.
