I used this huggy boy for 3 months in two different rental cars. I like that it had both the suction and the air vent options. It came with instructions (which I promptly lost) and was easy to install in both the cars. The suction doesn't leave any residue or trace on the rental vehicle I had for a month. The second rental car only had space for the vent attachment and worked just as well. If you don't put it on properly, it can be droopy and look like a sad boy. You have to adjust all the different hinges so it fits on tight. We were having issues with it constantly drooping but after some fidgeting, we figured out which tighter helped. One of the coolest feature is the button in the back that slowly expands/releases the phone from the hug. The quality of this product is very durable and good. I know it's a little expensive and there are many knobs/hinges/whatnot but it's very good quality and versatile. This will last (unlike some $5 phone holders you pick up at a dollar store). If you have the money and you want something that's going to last, would highly recommend.

Very easy to install and so far has worked great. There is minimal vibration/shaking; a little bit is inevitable depending on your vehicle. The suction power is very good. I’m quite happy with this mount as I’ve been trying for several years to find one that *actually* works. Hopefully this one holds up over time.

First, let me say that we use our phone for all our navigation in the car. I like being able to see the phone screen but not allowing it to block my vision. In the past I have purchased a few car phone holders on Amazon. If they were the suction type they always failed to stay in position. The type that requires attachment to the AC vents frequently fell off and blocked airflow. This one, however, is fantastic. The mount holds well and can be positioned just where we want it. I recommend this product.

Easy to install in the car, just be careful when mounting because it is powerful when it comes to adhering. The suction cup is extremely sticky and adds a powerful grip to my windshield. I use it for driving Doordash/Lyft. Doesn’t fall as easily compared to all the mounts I’ve bought, phone won’t slip through the bottom thanks to the extra pieces that cradle your phone, and love that it extends out and swivels at the end closer to the phone. Very nice design, and worth the money! Simply happy with this purchase so far.

This was a gift for my mom, who's had a hard time giving up on her really old GPS system in favor of a dash-mounted (large) cell phone holder. The bracket is very easy to use, and the way of use is very simple. Just put the mobile phone in it, and it can be fixed without falling down. It's also very stable, and it won't fall off. The style placed at the air outlet won't block the vision of driving. It's safer.

New law went into effect 1/1/21 in Virginia that you will be fined if seen with a mobile device in your hand while driving. This phone mount works well. Out dash board is smooth and has held well with only the suction cup.

This is absolutely the best car mount I have ever used! My biggest regret is not having one years ago. I mounted mine directly to the windshield and it has not budged since. The hinged motion makes it possible to have your phone at just about any angle, height and distance you want. And the phone cradle holds the phone securely. I LOVE THIS! I really hope it lasts a long time but I’m almost tempted to buy another one for a backup!
