O produto adquirido foi um controle do Xbox vermelho com o carregador, tal como apresentado na foto do site. Ou seja, dois itens, o controle e o carregador.Todavia, recebi apenas o carregador, sem o controle.Assim, peço que seja enviado o item faltante.

The prongs on the battery cover do not align with the holes in the controller so it wont go on. Also it is mis-shaped so it sticks out and cant form to the controller. Can't use and a waste of money.

Love the look, but the battery stopped charging after a few weeks (says it's charged, but then I get a 'low battery' warning within 5 minutes of play). Have used the company's website 'Contact Us' twice in the last few weeks and gotten no response. Too bad.

Great stand for a few months but then the battery will die. As other reviews have stated, customer service is non existent and buying just the battery is not possible as you have to buy another stand enterily.I can not recommend this product as there are better alternatives and companies out there.

For some reason this stand uses a bulky power cable that is not USB-C. So if you want to plug your controller in and play, you can't use the cable that's going right into the stand. You need a separate USB-C cable.The Razer stands have all the colors and have USB-C cables going into the stands. Easily use it to play and charge at the same time (or at least you have a versatile cable to use with anything else).

I purchased two of these. One stopped charging my controller (no light, nothing). When I switched the power cords on the two bases, the non-working base began working and the one that was working began not working. Therefore, the power cord on one of the units was faulty. Is this company still in business? I’ve only had them for a couple of months so it is well within the warranty timeframe. I have tried contacting the company several times through their website but have yet to get a response. I was hoping this was an honest company and they would stand behind their products and send me a replacement power cable. No dice.

I gave one star because I ordered this (as a Christmas gift), and it doesn’t work. The docking station does not charge the controllers & LED indicators don’t come on either. ☹️ I’ll have to return it hopefully in exchange for a new device .UPDATE- Since I had to leave town for a family emergency I was unable to Rt the non-working device right away and now I am told that the date for return has expired and I'm left with an unhappy child, a broken charging station and a loss of $60. that is horrible . I need to contact the seller because this isn't fair. We received a broken device as a Christmas Present.
